Even a summer addict like myself can’t deny the colourful charm that autumn has. It’s the time of the golden leaves, orange pumpkins, cinnamon flavours and the warm scarves and it should be celebrated with nothing but delicious spicy treats!
Full of pumpkin & cinnamon flavours these raw balls are so yummy and irresistible – just the perfect addition to your November Sunday coffee. Made with no sugar, dairy or wheat, these bites are entirely guilt-free, so no excuse not to make a bunch just right now!
You will need:
100g dates
150 – 180g oats
1/2 cup freshly baked pumpkin – pureed
plenty of cinnamon
zest from 1/2 orange
1/2 cup walnuts – chopped for decoration
Blend the dates, oats, cinnamon and orange zest in a blender. Add the pumpkin puree and blend again. If the texture is too soft, add some more ground oats.
Once you have the right consistency form the balls and roll them in the chopped walnuts. You can also roll them in cinnamon or anything you have at hand.
Enjoy! While they last 😉
They look amazing! I could snack on these all day 😉
