After the tranquil East coast beaches and the mythic Ancient cities, it was time to dive into the luscious green paradise of Ella, the wildlife adventures of Uda Walwe and the famous beaches in the South.
From pristine blue beaches to lush green valleys, through mysterious rocks and hidden temples to proud elephants and eager monkeys, the treasures of Sri Lanka are warmly inviting to be discovered. Embracing adventure in all its forms, I spent two truly unforgettable weeks on this magical island.
It wasn’t my first time in Portugal at all, but this time was really my favourite! Perhaps because of the breathtaking sunsets on Douro river, or the intricacy of the azulejos walls, or the lost tracks through the orange and magnolia trees, or because of the natas mornings or the Port wine nights.
