A ‘trip to the East’ veggie curry

Long snowy days in the mountain deserve a good treat after. And this inspired by the East delight is just the thing to warm you up and spice up the après-at-home a little.

All the colours on a plate…

Dedicated all things colourful and pretty, this piece of veggie heaven was born. Deliciously fresh, with a touch of sweetness and a spicy kick, this rainbow treat can add a bit of carefree summertime sensation to those winter nights.

Gluten-free Carrot, Lentil & Za’atar Muffins

Probably the title here is a bit misleading as the only relation with muffins these healthy bites have is the muffin tray I used to bake them in! Regardless of the name however,  they are the perfect lunch or dinner treat that doesn’t involve too much cooking but yet tastes a bit different.

Quick, easy and moreish fig, pistachio and cheese salad

Figs for me are one of the most delicious, indulgent and somehow sexy fruits. The best thing is that they can be an inspiration for exotic cakes, healthy salads, creative smoothies but at the same time just with their presence they can add a bit of a special summer flair to the simplest recipes.
